Property Description
never@home is the only certified 5-star hostel situated in central Cape Town. We are located on the bustling Green Point strip which is within walking distance of the famous V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town CBD and less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the beautiful Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches. To top it off, we are surrounded by some of Cape Town's best restaurants and coffee shops, have a Spar supermarket right next door and across the road from the FIFA Cape Town Stadium. So whether you want to party the night away in Long Street or take in the views from the top of Table Mountain, we are a mere stones throw away.
We provide a range of accommodation options including shared dormitories and double/ twin private rooms. Female only accommodation is also available. Most of our rooms provide private bathroom facilities with additional communal bathrooms provided for extra convenience. Necessities such as safety lockers, bedding, heating and air conditioning are supplied in all rooms. Additional property facilities include a communal kitchen, FREE high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, a chillout lounge, work/ meeting space areas and an internet zone/ book exchange.
Our vibey bar and grill, the Randy Warthog, overlooks the hostel's waterhole (swimming pool and sundeck to those in the know) and serves mouth-watering meals to tempt your taste buds. Weekly events include our beer pong competition, pool competition, braai (BBQ) night and Randy's daily happy hour!
Our on-site travel desk offers a wide variety of tours and adventures, ranging from laid back wine tours to skydiving for the more adventurous types. Our team of travel experts are committed to showing you Cape Town in a memorable, affordable and sustainable way!

Airport & Shuttle Information
Cape Town airport is 30 min drive away. Directions are as following: From the airport, continue along the N2 towards Cape Town city centre. Drive in the right hand lanes once heading up towards Mountain on Hospital Bend, exit on N2 Nelson Mandela Boulevard, CTICC and V&A Waterfront. Continue along Nelson Mandela Boulevard until you reach a set of traffic lights (CTICC will be on your left and turn off to V & A Waterfront on your right). Travel straight across the traffic lights, keep right. Turn right onto Helen Suzman Boulevard and follow road until you reach roundabout. At Roundabout take first exit to left, right at traffic lights and never@home will be on your left hand side.
