Was not told about reservation being nonrefundable until I got the receipt stating that. I was charged for refund insurance without my knowledge. I ended up paying $846. for one night stay. I made the reservation in good faith but because of the unpredictable health of my brother had to cancel one room but for some reason could not be refunded. Definitely a flawed policy. I was a repeat customer, but no more!
