I like the location of Moxy Uptown because it's close to the Union Hmong Kitchen and Bryant Lake Bowl which both have good food.

My husband and I traveled for leisure just looking for a place close to our daughter's apartment. Turned out to be a place full of surprises (great ones): 1. During our check in, we grabbed a couple of wines from the fridge totally expecting to pay for them. Our first surprise was that we each got a courtesy drink just because! 2. Room has no closets but is very comfortable and full of hooks to hang things on. And old style corded telephone where you can dial to get bedtime stories! 3. The lobby is full of entertainment, board games, a bar, giant Connect Four and Jenga. 4. Our arrival was around 1:00am and were greeted by the bartender. The process was super quick! 5. You get more than what you pay for. Rate was more than reasonable for the level of comfort experienced. Definitely recommend and also location (Uptown Minneapolis) is great! We will be checking Moxy out for our next adventures!
