The Casablanca Hotel

The Grand Ballroom incorporates three rooms - The Lakeside Ballroom, Celebrations and Reflections, to create one stately event hall. We offer a variety of set-up styles for your event and a capacity of up to 400 guests set Theatre style.

For a slightly smaller corporate or social event, consider the Lakeside Ballroom at 2,680 square feet and with a capacity of up to 200 guests set Theatre style. Again, you’ll enjoy the rich mahogany wood, wall sconces, dazzling chandeliers, and a large dance floor, as well as large-scale windows overlooking the Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario. We offer a variety of set-up styles for your event in the Lakeside Ballroom. Again, a full-scale bar is at your disposal at the north end of the room. This ballroom is located one floor above the ground level and can be accessed by the majestic lobby staircase or by elevator.

Celebrations is the middle half of the Grand Ballroom and can be used in conjunction with either the Lakeside Ballroom or Reflections Ballroom, adding extra space for your function. With the same beautiful mahogany wood and rich décor, you can host up to entertain up to 40 guests in this 733 square foot room. We offer a variety of set-up styles for your event in Celebrations. This room is located one floor above the ground level and can be accessed by the majestic lobby staircase or by elevator.

At 1,231 square feet and with a capacity for up to 100 guests, Reflections offers you a unique room featuring beautiful stained glass windows and an intimate décor. We offer a variety of set-up styles for your event in Reflections. Reflections is located one floor above the ground level and can be accessed by the majestic lobby staircase or by elevator.

Our Press Room is the perfect choice for your small-scale corporate or social event. With wireless networking, easy to access electrical outlets and space for up to 70 attendees, this 810 square foot room offers a professional and sophisticated setting. We offer a variety of set-up styles for your event in the Press Room.

For a smaller event venue, choose the Committee Room. At 378 square feet and with a capacity of up to 20 guests, this room offers wireless networking, easy to access electrical outlets and a smaller, more intimate business setting. We offer four set-up styles for your event in the Committee Room. The Committee Room is located one floor below the ground level and can be accessed by staircase or elevator.

For a more corporate setting, choose the Boardroom. At 378 square feet and with a capacity of up to 25 people, this room offers a quiet, business-like setting for your meeting, presentation or other related corporate or social event. Also included is wireless networking and easy to access electrical outlets for laptops, recorders and other devices. We offer four set-up styles for your event in the Boardroom. The Boardroom is located one floor below the ground level and can be accessed by staircase or elevator.

Choose our Cellar Room & Bar for your corporate or social event and you’ll enjoy the ambiance of a small pub. With two adjoining rooms and a combined square footage of 1,188, it features a large mahogany bar and bartender and can hold up to 60 people. We offer a variety of set-up styles for your event in the Cellar Room & Bar. The Cellar Room & Bar is located one floor below the ground level and can be accessed by staircase or elevator.

Choose Vintages, our private dining restaurant, for a small and intimate corporate or social event. Located on the ground floor of Casablanca Winery Inn and decorated with the utmost sophistication, Vintages offers two adjoining rooms and a central fireplace for your guests. Seating capacity is available for up to 40-45 people. In addition to restaurant style seating, we offer a variety of set-up styles for your event in Vintages.
