My favorite moment was hearing the happiest voice from behind the check in counter say “Good Morning Sir”! Also loved the fresh looking decor in the downstairs lobby. Love that this hotel is one parking lot away from over 100 stores, including restaurants.

We stayed overnight passing thru and really needed adjoining rooms. The person that checked us in worked to find us those two rooms. We were tired and distracted and left the door to one of the rooms open when we left for dinner. The front desk person checked with Mom who was next door and closed our door. I appreciated the extra help and attention.
