I loved staying here, my mother and I had a beautiful time here. The staff were nice, helpful and professional. It was quiet. No, stomping or kids yelling and running around. We will be coming back here next time we come to Arizona.

"Do not disturb" was honored for each day of stay, air conditioning was exceptional, refrigerator was OPERATIONAL and FUNCTIONAL for the duration (this is considered a deal breaker at other hotels and the primary reason we did N O T re book at other facilities). Security was present and visible in parking area, hallway was QUIET each night and rooms did NOT have noise from airport. We did not get to experience the breakfast, pool, or other amenities of the establishment but we DO still to plan on staying here again on subsequent stays.

A fairly pleasant experience overall, however, I am disappointed that when I made the reservation for my boss, I specifically requested a room on the first floor due to her claustrophobia and inability to use elevators. I received confirmation that she would be accommodated on the first floor, but upon her arrival, she was informed that her room was on the sixth floor. Please address this issue, as the primary reason for the reservation was to ensure she would be on the first floor.

We are minutes from the Airport and minutes from Tempe & Scottsdale in an Upscale Urban Business Park which includes businesses that include iHeart Radio, Metro Bank, AZ Federal Credit Union, Upscale Apartments, Mobile Mini, Grand Canyon University, Health South, Circle K, Aloft Hotels, Holiday Inn, Residence Inn Hotel, Hilton, Pat Tilman Academy, and many more various other well-known Corporations.
Downtown Phoenix and Tempe are also within 7 to 10 minutes from us. On-site restaurant RBG (open 6:00 AM- 10 PM) offers a hot breakfast menu, a Full American Breakfast buffet, and an al la carte dinner. Our Lobby lounge is open daily at 3 PM. Room service is available daily. All guest rooms offer pillow-top mattresses, coffee makers with complimentary coffee, tea & water, iron/ ironing boards, hair dryers in every bathroom, two phones (one cordless), and Complimentary high-speed Internet.
