Hyatt Place Flint-Grand Blanc opened September 2019. We offer 106 guest accommodations. We have 2-Queen Bed with sofa sleeper, King Bed with sofa sleeper, & ADA Accessible rooms in either room type. We are pet friendly with a 1 time fee based on the total number of nights of your stay. We offer 24/7 made to order food from our Gallery menu, full service bar 7 days a week open 12pm-12am. Breakfast is included when you become or are an existing member of the World of Hyatt rewards program. Hyatt Place has 2 relaxing outdoor patios, indoor swimming pool open from 7am-11pm (Currenly closed due to COVID-19), 24hr exercise with room key access (Currenly closed due to COVID-19) . We are located 3 miles from Flint Bishop Airport offer shuttle service to and from airport only from 7am-11pm and are located right off of I-75, US-23 & 2 miles off I-475. Restaurant's within walking distance include; McDonald's, Arby's, Jimmy Johns, Blondies, Taco Bell, Subway, Tim Horton's and Sushi-Land.

The Hyatt Place Flint/Grand Blanc has applied for the GBAC (Global Biorisk Advisory Council) accreditation which enforces strict cleanliness and bio-hazard risk polices. Currently under COVID-19 conditions, we are not providing daily housekeeping services (unless upon request). Guests staying more than 5 days will receive a courtesy service on the 5th day of their stay and every 5th thereafter. Guests may request extra amenities, towels and trash removal at any time. Face coverings are MANDATORY in all public areas of the hotel, as per Michigan Executive Order 2020-147.
