Very dissatisfied with this hotel. I called directly to the hotel in Frankenmuth to make a reservation for my son's honeymoon. Paid for a room with a jacuzzi, which my son and his bride did not receive upon check in. When I called for a refund I learned that this hotel sent my call to a third party booking system. Now having to jump through hoops to get a refund. Never booking with this hotel again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely professional and made sure everything was satisfactory. Room was ultra clean and in a quiet location on third floor. Breakfast bar had a great spread of healthy food items. Breakfast host did a very good job keeping items stocked and warm. Check out was ultra quick in under two minutes! This is the second time staying here and any time coming to Frankenmuth this remains first choice. Keep up the great service!
