We stay here when we come to Gatlinburg. Donna was very friendly and has a caring and refreshing demeanor. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will not be staying anywhere else when we come back. I will highly recommend this place to everyone.

The ideal location for a Great Smoky Mountain getaway, River Terrace Resort and Convention Center lies in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, adjacent to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and near the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the United States and the largest national park East of the Rockies. In addition, River Terrace Resort is only a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood theme park and other area attractions, live entertainment venues, family-friendly restaurants and shopping opportunities, as well as hiking trails, championship golf courses, whitewater rafting and more.
River Terrace Resort is home to the full-service Drafts Burger Bar, which features a menu of creatively designed burgers, sandwiches and appetizers complemented by a wide variety of draft and bottled beers and a full cocktail menu. Watch your favorite sports team compete on the flat-screen televisions at Drafts, which is open for lunch and dinner daily (seasonal hours of operation). Other onsite amenities at River Terrace Resort include two heated outdoor pools (seasonal), motorcoach parking, laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi, and 24-hour front desk and security.
