The room was fine but communication was poor from the check in person. She didn't tell me the bedding for the pullout was in the closet in a bundle. I had to call for two pillows. She didn't tell me the ice bucket was key in a side wood panel so I called for an ice bucket, now there's an extra one in room 515. And the ice machine was broken on 5th fl. Needless confusion caused. Otherwise everything was very good incl the breakfast and Starbucks was nice. We would come back again. Thank you.
