I made the mistake of booking (on the go) instead of booking through Hilton. We were placed in a room that backs up to the elevator (noise all night). hilton usually lets me pick my room. But the only real disappointment was the breakfast. Normally if I have issues I speak to the host. She was unavailable to deal with the cold coffee, the cold congealed grits and the dry cold "omlettes" and the pancake mix that was out. Worst breakfast in my 50 years of using hotels.
