Water Activities From a peeling right hand surf break to the placid waters of Noosa Everglades, there are dozens of ways to get wet in the area. Head to Boreen Point (25 minutes drive) and hire a kayak to explore Lake Cootharaba, which is also home to windsurfing and yachting competitions. If fishing is your thing, hire a rod and reel for a spot of beach fishing, or find yourself a charter. Surfing lessons are available on Main Beach, but if you're already adept Sunshine, Castaways, and Granite Bay beaches are local surfers' favourites. Trail Walking Lace on some comfortable footwear and make the most of your visit to this magnificent region. Start right at your doorstep with your own private access to Noosa National Park.
