Each of our 31 serviced apartments are bright and contemporary in style. With a choice of either one or two bedrooms, all have spacious, open-plan living area with modern kitchens and we have Wi-Fi internet access throughout and on-site parking is available. One-bedroom apartments are on average, 32 square metres while our two-bedroom apartments are 40 square metres in total meaning you will have space to sit back, relax and unwind after a long day of work or exploring everything Newcastle has to offer.
Our serviced apartments are located just off Waterloo Street, less than a 5 minute walk from Newcastle Central Station and are an ideal base for Newcastle and Gateshead and to explore surrounding cities such as Sunderland and Durham.
We have a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants and bars just moments' walk as well as major attractions including St James Park, Metro Radio Arena and The Sage. For a touch of culture why not visit the Baltic centre for contemporary Art, Life Interactive or The Sage, Gateshead. The cleaning team wear PPE when entering the apartments. Guests must remove themselves from the apartment during a service clean. The utmost care is taken with regards to cleaning the apartments and public areas. The touch points are cleaned through out the day. We also have a sanitizing machine which kills all known germs and viruses which is used after each departure. We have sanitizing gels for our guests to use. Safe distancing practises are also in place
