You need to update your web site! The shuttle schedule on the web and the true one at the hotel are not the same! You advertise a heated pool but it was not even open! The hot tub would have been nice at the very least and yet we still get a resort fee for no pool! Hotels really need to update the web sites in general!

The beds are clean and comfy. In all the hotel is older and run down. Be aware the shuttle schedule is not always consistent. The cleanliness needs to be addressed with phones and light switches cleaned. Hallway carpet is very dirty! The trash and liter around the outside is gross! Our shuttle drivers were very friendly and Cindy at the front desk was a huge help. Last front desk person who was not Cindy was not helpful. I don't understand the resort charge when the pool and hot tub are not even open!! Casino was okay in the am but by evening it was so smoky! The repairman came quickly and was very kind. Extra towels were brought quickly. Just an okay stay!

Desk clerk Cindy was great. Shuttle driver was great. Room is clean. Only issue was loud A/C turning off and on all night and blow dryer that appeared burned. A great stay for one night for sure.

This hotel was a very average stay. Downsides of the room were that despite being away from the casino, you still have to walk through the casino and smoking. The smoke smell does linger a bit upstairs (maybe better the further up but I was on floor 3). Bathroom was teeny. For an average size person it is small. If you're a larger person you may need to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door. While not listed as an amenity, it was still surprising to not have a coffee maker or a fridge in the room. The cafe in the hotel doesn't allow to go boxes and the market in the hotel is wildly overpriced. Staff were very friendly including the shuttle driver, which was free and regularly scheduled to and from the airport (about hourly from 6am 9pm). If you need a quick stay with no frills this will do the trick. But be prepared to bring things yourself especially food/drinks.

if you just want to stay one night,its ok, water pressure in bathroom was terrible,tub would drain was very slow,take a shower and you would be ankle deep in water,i wpild not use toilet for solid waste,it may not flush away!
