Normally stay over housekeeping is provided daily. Including placement of new linens, trash removal, vacuum, and bathroom. Due to COVID-19 we have implemented a policy where stay over service is only provided upon request, We are waiting 24-72 hours (if possible) to deep clean guestrooms for those who have checked out in order to keep both our staff and future guests safe by exposing them to a lessened chance of exposure to any potential virus. When cleaning guestrooms we are utilizing UV Sterilization wants, approved disinfectants that remain on the surface for an increased amount of time, opening windows to allow fresh air and air handlers to dissipate any airborne contaminates prior to cleaning. We are utilizing vacuums with HEPA Filters. Hotel is using steam cleaner on carpets as frequently as possible. Housekeeping is paying special attention to high touch point areas such as door handles, locks, latches, light switches, desk and counter surfaces, Nespresso makers, telephones, remote controls,
