Minor Parkway. Concrete cracks on pool deck, needs patching and repaint. Needs cigarette butts receptacles and them being swept off deck and driveways. Given the business neighborhood the property could use more trees and plants to make it more oasis like. Pool is clean and great. A lot of potential. Can't check on possible police files of Lodgers but could have a security guard on site for deterrence. Rooms are comfortable, pretty quiet, but need some Spackling in areas and repainting. Friendly housekeepers.
