"Not a good experience. Letdown."

No maid service for three consecutive days. Dirty towels. Dirty sheets. Manager REFUSED to talk to us about it. POOR customer service. Horrible. And in towns for my dad's funeral. Not a fan anymore. No apology no acknowledgment. Handed us garbage bags and aside here clean your garbage. Just despicable.
