Public spaces / high touch points are cleaned every 4 hours. Rooms are left vacant after departure for 72 hours before cleaning. Housekeeping chemicals have been tested and proved to kill the virus. We have removed all extra seating and decorative items from public spaces. We limit guest/employee interaction as much as possible and installed plexiglass panels at the front desk. Stay overs are only being cleaned every 5 days unless requested. Hand sanitizers are available at the front desk. Staff is able but not required to wear masks. Housekeepers wear gloves and masks when entering all rooms to service them. Restaurant staff will continue to follow health and safety protocol for glove usage, masks are required per WV Guidelines. Hand-washing is top priority after each task. Other Covid 19 special policies: Our staff is required to start their day by taking their temperature. We ask everyone to follow social distancing. Breakfast offerings have and will continue to change based on Hilton standards.
