I stayed at the Raphael for an entire week and now would not stay anywhere else in Kansas City. Certain rooms have a wonderful view of the city which adds to the experience. I had breakfast every morning in the restaurant and soon got to know the servers. After breakfast,I worked out in the gym which featured a treadmill, bike, elliptical, rowing machine and free weights. Also provided were cold water, towels and protein bars. There was always several staff members in the lobby to greet you, answer questions or just chat. After a few days, the Raphael felt like home. and the homemade chocolate chip cookies certainly added to that feeling!

The Raphael is a great hotel property and so perfectly located. But what makes The Raphael is the amazing hotel team. From the valet and front door to the reception desk to the restaurant team and housekeeping team, every individual goes above and beyond to attend to every detail and are so friendly. We were so impressed by the friendliness and expertise of the staff, from the front desk to tbe doormen. The rooms were immaculate, beds were comfortable and there was no noise to disturb sleep. This is a lovely place and I will stay here again.
