"Amazing Staff"

We had a huge mix up by the knot, Planner and the hotel staff was so amazing and made us feel better about wanting to stay even though all our other groups where at another hotel. The manager took the time to know my name and was even going to upgrade us for this mistake but my mother didn't want to move. I will refer my friends and family to this hotel and will be back myself, also what they didn't know is I'm a travel agent myself and I never told had to tell them as they just made everything right, for us from the get.
