The front desk staff (Karl) was opbnoxious and RUDE. He could of handled our situation much better, instead he was bitter and rude. All of the guests at the pool said the same thing. No one there will ever return again and will definitely make people aware. Word of mouth is the best advertising.

It was our second stay. There are many fine small hotels in Palm Springs, but the Andreas is maybe our favorite certainly in the top two or three. It's physically lovely and the staff seems to really care that you feel welcome.

Pleasurable stay in Palm Springs. Centrally located and close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Nikki and Douglas were wonderful and very helpful with planning our excursions and suggestions. Very clean and well kept. We would stay there again.
