Guestrooms are located in several historic buildings, each with typical Key West architecture such as clapboard siding, open porches, metal roofs, picket fences, and tropical landscaping. All rooms contain the essentials for comfort including a private bath, air conditioning, TV, telephone with voice mail, hairdryer and alarm clock. Continental breakfast is included with all guest stays. There is a dipping pool with waterfall in the Courtyard. Free, wireless internet service is available in the Courtyard. The guest inn is located in a residential neighborhood at the corner of Eaton and Frances Streets in Old Town.
