I've stayed here five times over the past few years and always enjoy it. The staff is kind and helpful and the location has everything I need and nothing I don't need. The following night I stayed at a (very) fancy hotel in downtown Richmond, but everything was complicated and difficult and confusing and I yearned to be back at The Courtyard in Burlington.
