It has 101 rooms consisting of three room types: 1 king, 2 queens, or suites with a separate living room area ($20 upgrade). All the rooms have a lounge chair, work desk & chair w/ lamp & 2 power outlets, night stand with a lamp & alarm clock, a 32' flat screen tv, air conditioner, mini fridge, microwave, closet (iron& ironing board) and spacious bathroom (shower/tub, hair dryer, & basic free toiletries). There are plenty of outlets around the room and adjoining rooms are available (depending on availability). This property has a complimentary Hot Breakfast (breakfast room 6am to 9:30 weekdays and until 10am on weekends), free Wi-fi, free ample parking, mini-market pantry store, business center, fitness room (6am -10pm), ATM machine in the lobby area, on-site Laundry (2 commercial washers & dryers), and outdoor pool & jacuzzi. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to/from DFW Airport (5am -11am) & within a 5 mile radius. The property has a small meeting room, which can hold 60 people, a small boardroom that can hold 25 people and there are public bathrooms just outside of meeting space area.This property is located north of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport (4 miles), 1. 3 miles from the DFW Car Rental Facility (all car rental companies are located there), and 20 miles from downtown Dallas. There are several other hotel properties in the vicinity. Within a quarter mile, there is a Shell gas station, a Blue Market Mart, Whataburger (fast food) and a Parking Spot 2 Facility. The closet freeways/highways are 114, 535, 26, 121, 97, 161 and 183. Note: that there are Toll Roads, especially heading north of the airport/Dallas and they are cashless ($15 ticket).This is a perfect property for all leisure groups, it has everything a group looks for and the rates are budget friendly.

Enjoy free hot breakfast, fitness center, free DFW airport shuttle, seasonal outdoor pool and free managers reception Tues-Wed. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. Also, earn rewards including free nights and gift cards with our Choice Privileges Rewards program. Free parking for registered guests only on night of stay. Park and Fly options are available, contact front desk for additional information.
