The Hotel is located on the St Johns River also known as "The Bass Fishing Capital of the World". There are numerous boat charter opportunities for crabbing, shrimping and fishing. Property Description
The Quality Inn & Suites Riverfront Hotel features 118 guest rooms and suites with breathtaking views of the St John's River. Each over size guest room features one King or 2 double beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary high speed internet access. The 12 two room suites feature a guest room and a separate living room. Some of the Suites also feature a Jacuzzi tub.
Hotel amenities include the Beef O' Brady's Restaurant that offers River views from its Outside deck and Dining area and Full Bar .The hotel business center features complimentary internet access, printing, fax and some complimentary supplies. Other Hotel amenities include convention services, riverside pool, guest laundry room and extra parking for oversized vehicles.The Quality Inn & Suites Riverfront also features Complimentary boat docks and 21 boat slips complete with water and electrical hookups.
The hotel meeting rooms total 2,350 square feet. The 2,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom divides into two rooms, the 1,200 sq.ft.Osceola Room and the 800 sq.ft. Marion Room. The Grand Ballroom has direct, same level access to the parking lot with easy access to exhibit loading and unloading.The 350 sq.ft. Astatula Conference Room is across the lobby from the Grand Ballroom. The Beef O' Brady's Restaurant also offers rental space in it's Riverview Dining Area. It also features an Outdoor Deck overlooking the St Johns. River.
The Hotel continues to host several International Bass Fishing tournaments, Boating Poker Runs, Saling Competitions, Crew Tournaments, Blue Crab Festival, family reunions, religious conferences and historical society conventions. Palatka is within a one hour ride to Jacksonville,Gainesville,Daytona Beach and within a 30min drive to the United States oldest city, Historic St Augustine.
