Since the COVID-19 has been deemed a pandemic, The Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour has enhanced frequency of cleaning and sanitization of the hotel common areas (including door handles, hand railings and countertops) and Employee Areas (Front Desk area, laundry facilities and office areas). The previously mentioned areas are cleaned and sanitized 4 times during the day using prescribed cleaners, followed by a sanitization protocol to reduce the risk of contamination for guests and employees. Items that are not easily sanitized have been removed from common areas and guest rooms to avoid any cross contamination between guests. Our Housekeeping team is also thoroughly sanitizing guest rooms using safety protocols that reduce the risk to themselves and the next guest to use that room.
