The person at the desk, when we checked in at 10:30 PM told me the only room they had left was on the 3rd floor, no elevators. I told him I had booked two months ago and have an 80 year old sister who can't climb stairs. He looked into giving me an upgrade on the 1st floor which was much appreciated. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Happy guests.

The room was clean and sizable. The TV reception was clear. The bathroom very good. The room was quiet. Best of all I called the night before and asked if I could get early check in. They said they couldn't promise anything but would put a note with my reservation. We got to the hotel at around 12:30 (check in was four pm) and they had a room ready for me. Very nice and a big relief.
