I loved my stay. Everyone was so warm, kind and helpful. One evening I needed to reheat some food and they delivered a microwave to my room. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We had a bit of a nightmare getting to San Francisco but when we arrived at the hotel, not only were they able to let us check in early but also upgraded us to a slightly better room entirely free of charge to try to help us enjoy our holiday. Lovely team.
