The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was well placed (easy to walk around, if needed). The nice surprise was the welcome message we got from housekeeping (a little signed card with a stuffed toy next to it). It made it more personal and was a kind reminder to appreciate all the staff who make things turn.
