Local Shuttle Info: The hotel shuttle bus provides complimentary transportation within three miles of the hotel to the Mayo Clinic, Apache Mall, Mayo Civic Center and other local spots. It primarily runs Monday-Friday 5:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and during weekends for special events. The shuttle does not have a handicapped lift available. If you require a handicapped lift, one will be ordered for you with 24 hours advance notice to our front desk team.

The suites and all our public spaces undergo a rigorous cleaning program certified by Ecolab. Our program is called Clean Stay. Each room is carefully cleaned wall-to-wall including surfaces, touch points, flooring, and linens between guests. Our staff cleaning the room wears protective equipment like masks and gloves. Areas of general access like elevators and the lobby get regular cleaning at intervals throughout the day. Shuttle vehicles are regularly cleaned.
