The room we were assigned did not have any hot water to shower with. My wife and I had to move rooms to another floor at 11 pm at night. Extremely upset at this occurrence. I trust JWM will offer me a discount on my last night stay or I'll be extremely upset.

The Fairfield Inn was a good place to stay while visiting New York. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it to others. They also have a free shuttle to the airport.
