At the Admiral Motel our units are spacious, clean and have that “home away from home” feel. We offer a variety of units to meet guests' requirements, whether you are a businessman on a short term trip, a work or sports group or a family on holiday or transfer. We are happy to change bedding configurations (where possible) to suit your needs.Our complex is situation on large grounds with lovely gardens and provide great indoor and outdoor space for groups. This is rare to find in the heart of the city.All our one and two bedroom units have separate kitchens with full stoves/ovens.We have 4 Two bedroom units. Our two bedroom units are quiet being situated at the back of the complex in a lovely garden setting. They have a queen in one bedroom with a single bed and 2 single beds in the other. The living area has a 3 seater lounge, dining table and chairs. The full kitchen leads to the back yard. Pop up bed available.We have 3 one bedroom units. For those who require that extra room our ground floor one bedroom units have that space with full kitchen and separate living area. The units have a queen and single bed in the bedroom. Pop up bed available.We have 2 Studio Units. Our recently refurbished and comfortable Studio Units are upstairs and have a queen bed. They are suitable for the corporate Traveller or couple having an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette. Over 18 years only upstairs.All our units are self-contained, serviced daily and are non-smoking. There is a guest laundry with washing machines and dryer as well as an outside clothesline.We hope you choose to stay with us as we would love the opportunity to help make your visit to Christchurch as easy and enjoyable as possible.

At The Admiral Motel we are undertaking the following actions to strive to responsibly lessen our impact on the environment wherever we sensibly can, by: •Recycling paper, newspapers, glass, batteries, fluorescent and long life bulbs, cans and cartridges.•Operating a ‘switch off’ policy for office staff to turn off computer equipment and printers when not in use.•Reducing our usage of harmful cleaning chemicals and replacing these with eco-friendly products wherever possible.•Reducing our usage of paper by printing double sided.We will continue to:•Use low energy light bulbs in public areas.•Monitor our energy consumption of electricity and water.•Use electronic mail where possible to reduce the use of paper.•Turn off unnecessary lights and taps.•Buy in bulk.

From Christchurch airport drive down Memorial Avenue onto Fendalton Road, turn left into Harper Avenue and go onto Bealey Avenue. We are on the right hand side of Bealey Avenue between Colombo and Manchester Streets and we are opposite Sherbourne Street. You will see our flags flying.
