Windows were super dirty when arriving, hotel doors looks like some had grease stains. One of our blankets had smoke burnt into it. Toilet lid was loosse.

The Comfort Suites South Austin is a new property just south of Downtown. Our 80 room, all suites property is the place to stay! We are also in close proximity to the Austin–Bergstrom International Airport and few minutes from Downtown.Our hotel is a great location for your group! Our spacious Suites feature either a king size bed or two queen beds in addition to a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a comfy queen bed. There is plenty of room to unpack and unwind in our rooms! There is a microwave and fridge in every Suite for your convenience. At Comfort Suites South Austin, breakfast is always complimentary. Other benefits include Wi-Fi throughout the property, fitness center, laundry room with washers and dryers, outdoor pool and patio area, and even a 24 hour market with meals, snacks and basic travel necessities available for purchase.
