Guest rooms are cleaned after check-out or upon request by guests for stays of 2 or more nights. All guest rooms have hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial hand soap available.Common areas are cleaned on a daily basis. This includes frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, door knobs and banisters. Our credit card machine is disinfected after each use, though there is also an option for contactless or Apple/Google Pay. The kitchen is cleaned daily, including all counter-tops, and handles on closet doors and appliances. The dining room is also cleaned daily, after breakfast has been served. All cleaning is done using Lysol and/or disinfectant wipes. Cleaning guidelines are documented in our Safety Plan, as required by NY State. All staff read and sign the plan to affirm their compliance. As well as enhanced cleaning, we also deploy PPE where social distancing cannot be maintained: staff wear masks throughout the check-in process and while serving breakfast.
