Newly built in 2018 and the closest hotel to the University of Delaware, The SpringHill Suites is the gateway to downtown. The all-suite hotel understands that guests want to connect to the local area, placing a special focus on Newark as an award-winning tourism destination. We offer our guests personalized local expertise and focus on the art of local with regular events at the hotel. Designed for both business and leisure travelers, our new suites are 25% larger than typical hotel rooms. Separate living, working and sleeping spaces provide guests with flexibility and functionality. Each suite also includes a custom, three-in-one West Elm sofa which converts from a sofa to a daybed to a trundle bed. Guests can take advantage of easy access to Main Street Newark by utilizing the hotel's complimentary shuttle service or the University of Delaware Shuttle bus with Main St. Courtyard Apts. stop located just across the street.
