The Windrifter Resort is a 42 unit, four season property nestled in the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes Region. Located in Wolfeboro, NH, “The Oldest Summer Resort in America,” The Windrifter has two distinctive locations within the town limits; each with its own charm. Our main campus, which hosts our Main Inn (a refashioned 1700's homestead) & Villa buildings, abuts the well-kept fairways of Kingswood Golf Course and includes studio and 1BR guest units that will comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons (including pull out sofas) . Each has an equipped kitchen and free Wifi. Our main campus featured amenity is an indoor saltwater pool that is heated to a soothing 82 degrees. Close by to the pool is a basement area complete with men's & ladies room sauna, fitness room, guest laundry (coin op) & TV area. Other amenities at this location are a tennis court, pool table, ping pong table, kids play area and other fun amenities (life size Jenga & Kerplunk to name a couple). Our Yacht Club campus, located just steps from the immediate Wolfeboro downtown dining and shopping areas, is a private lakefront location. It, too, offers studio and 1BR guest units for up to 4 persons (including pull out sofas). They, also, have equipped kitchens, free Wifi, access to a private sun dock, private boat docks, unbeatable views and other fun activities. Our function spaces, located on the main campus in our Main Inn, are perfect for hosting parties, gatherings or meetings. Our Mountain View Room, which will accommodate up to 45 persons, hosts 3 walls of windows that will let in the sunshine and offers beautiful sights of the surrounding grounds and mountains. Our Barn is a split level rustic facility that has been preserved over time and will accommodate up to 125 persons. This space is perfect for meetings, weddings or any gathering of friends and family.
