I love that this hotel has shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic! But since many of your clients are staying for 7 10 days, couldn't you offer more of a discount for patients? Also, being a heart ā„ļø patient, struggling with luggage, medical records, couldn't you have more than two luggage carriers ? I waited and waited, had to finally carry everything and injured my arm! Again, all the staff, reception, valet, housekeepers, extremely cordial and helpful. The rooms were very clean, but less deep cleaning done on walls, doors, carpet cleaning.

Stayed in this facility because it's onsite to the Cleveland Clinic. My stay was surgery related for a family member, not a vacation. The first two nites cost $560. Doable, but expensive. I needed to add a third nite (for medical discharge reasons) and was quoted $368! Was told it was probably because of "something going on in town". For any of those costs, the hotel should be cleaner. I'm finding that beyond clean sheets and bathrooms, other cleaning doesn't happen. Dusty walls, lampshades and wall art. The dirty Keurig was disappointing as well. Basically, a convenient place to stay relative to the Clinic, but the price gouging is outrageous.

We have stayed here several times as it is close to Cleveland Clinic. Staff goes above to meet the needs of clients. They recognize that many are here for health reasons. The shuttle takes you to the hospital. The rooms are comfortable, I have had to rebook two times due to extended stays due to medical problems. It is not a problem. The servers and bartenders take pride in remembering people and greet with friendship. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Valet parking is welcomed, easy in easy out. Can't say enough especially when you need it.
