First and foremost, the staff was wonderful. The location for us (family visit) was wonderfully convenient. However, for the cost we were unimpressed by the room. Bad design led to the bathroom being just beside the head of the bed. The sink was 1st, with no door, so it always annoyed the person already in bed. There was a door to the toilet and shower, but was still noisy for a person in bed. The couch had a tear in the arm. The king sized bed tagged in the middle and from the couch you could see the box springs both leaning to the center. Would consider staying again but would ask to see room first. We paid premium cost as it was over a holiday.
