Overall, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice TV and everything about the room was as you would expect for the hotel. However, I was unable to get anything but a third floor room, so I had requested one on the lobby level due to the belongings, I could not leave in my car and there were inadequate trolleys for luggage. I waited for half an hour and one never became available, so I had to manually make five trips up and down from the third floor with my belongings, waiting for the elevator up and down each time. It took me 40 minutes to load my car as a result, when I really needed to get on the road. Very frustrating. Also, when I called to book the room, I did not realize it was a third party booking service and I was charged literally double the actual cost of the room. Total scam.
