"Was promised an Airport Shuttle when booked."

We called the hotel directly to make sure they had an airport shuttle for 430 am for 6 am flight out of Omaha. We were assured we would have one so we booked the room. Even typed the notes in the reservation about the shuttle. We did NOT use a website. When we arrived we were told the shuttle does not start till 7 am and we could not cancel our reservation because it was too late.

"Comfortable Room"

This was a comfortable stay. The staff I interacted with were great. The room was nice and cozy. I was definitely surprised to find the mirror in the bathroom was equipped with Bluetooth! That made for some sonically enhanced usage.
