We arrived at the hotel at 1230AM only to find that there were no rooms there. The hotel was oversold and could not find housing in the area after having taken an UBER from the airport. Had to call an additional UBER to go to a downtown hotel that had availability. No assistance from the customer service line.

Sonesta ES Suites is a newly renovated, spacious, all suite hotel equipped with modern finishes, full kitchens that combine functionality with the comforts of home. Features a complimentary hot breakfast daily and evening social hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays offering guests an array of complimentary hors d'ouevres, beer, wine, and soft drinks. Townhouse: Upstairs/Downstairs 2 bedroom 2 bathroom newly renovated luxurious modern townhouse style suite. The upstairs bedroom has 1 King Bed and the downstairs bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. Both bedrooms come equipped with their own modern bathroom. The suite offers a spacious living room with fire place and sleeper sofa, full kitchen with new appliances and an extremely spacious layout for a surprisingly different getaway experience.Junior Suites: 1 King Bed or 2 Queens, sleeper sofa, modern finishes, full appliances, fireplace and spacious living rooms.Studio Suites: 1 King Bed, sleeper sofa, modern finishes, appliances, and spacious living rooms.
