Room had no hot water and ceiling stated leaking in bathroom. Floor entirely covered with water. Front desk says they “know there are plumbing issues.” Also smoke detectors not installed, the bracket only. Isn't that a fire hazard issue? Now I'm getting the run around instead of my refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!

If a quiet getaway is what you''re looking for, then this location has it all. Nestled on a private lake adjacent to World Golf Village, visitors have convenient access to area courses, the IMAX Theater, and Laterra Spa. All 162 luxurious rooms come equipped with sofas, desks, microwaves, refrigerators, Kuerig coffeemakers, telephone, and WIFI. An exercise facility, outdoor pool, and sundeck round out the hotel's recreational facilities. The hotel is an ideal location for corporate meetings, getaways, family reunions, church retreats, and weddings. The first floor meeting room has two large windows and double doors for easy access to the patio, lakeside view, and counter tops with sink for easy catering or displays. The lakeside patio with two gazebos is directly outside our largest function room and next to the outdoor pool. It is ideal for weddings and receptions.
