We would rate five stars if it was based on staff and bed comfort alone. I think it's worth mentioning the “King Suite” only adds an in room jacuzzi tub. Only one sitting chair and an office chair. The door to the bathroom was difficult to fully close. The toilet seat was loose and didn't stay in place. Breakfast was the worst I've experienced at a Hampton. The toaster was broken and out of service as was the microwave oven. The eggs on day one were actually cold, day two slightly warm. If you wanted a hot breakfast the choice was wait for one waffle iron or the oatmeal which met the standard. When I stay in the area next, I will likely try our luck with another brand.
