We were very impressed with the positive experience we had at the Intercontinental. The service we received from the entire staff, especially Ivonne and Robbie at the front desk, going above and beyond for us with a great attitude was much appreciated. We had very fast service to the room when we asked for additional items. The room was exactly what we needed during our stay.
