Thankfully in restless sleep I opened my eyes and saw the time and darted out of bed to meet airport shuttle. My 3:20 a.m. call did not come. Receptionist explained lightning strike had affected lines. So they need to speak to the guest to confirm calls go through, or knock on doors. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice.
