The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they have an underground parking garage. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The hotel is located close to many things to do in downtown Kansas City particularly shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We went to a game at Arrowhead Stadium and it was an easy drive to the stadium. I would recommend a stay at this hotel if you are traveling to Kansas City.
