Everything in the room was in good operating condition and the front desk was especially attentive and helpful. I accidentally dropped my drivers license and credit card without noticing it when I entered the room and the front desk person Angel noticed it from viewing the security camera. He quickly reacted by going and retrieving them for us. He made attempts to contact us about the situation and held them at the front desk until we could retrieve them. We're so grateful for his actions on our behalf.
