The Royal Scots Club is delighted to extend our facilities for overnight accommodations and meetings, operating like a hotel, but experiencing the different surroundings of a Club with old world charm. Situated in one of Edinburghs finest Georgian streets, Abercromby Place and right in the heart of the city, The Royal Scots Club offers courtesy, personal service and warm hospitality at the very heart of the Club. Walking distance to Waverly train Station, Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Edinburgh's business district and many local attractions and amenities.The Club exudes a charm and ambiance which is both relaxed and comfortable for our guests. Relax in one of our 23 bedrooms each individually designed and traditionally furnished, with comfort and attention to detail being second to none. All guests are treated with Molten Brown Toiletry Products. All rooms offer modern facilities, some with scenic views over the rooftops to Fife or to Queen Street Gardens and offer complimentary secure wireless connectivity. Our private meeting and dining rooms offer traditional charm for intimate gatherings to large presentations and receptions. Following an exciting 2 year re-development project, we are delighted to announce that our newest events suite was available from December 2010. The Princess Royal Suite has a capacity for 160 guests banqueting style, 200 theatre style and 140 cabaret. The suite provides excellent meeting and events facilities, with fully integrated A/V and IT capabilities, including video-conferencing. Our existing Hepburn Suite also benefits from a brand-new adjacent meeting room and bar, offering an extended breakout area for this popular room. The project also brings long-awaited lift facilities to all six floors of the townhouse, offering full disabled access to our bedrooms, meeting and private dining rooms.
