The hotel was very well located, one block from the main "Fifth Avenue" shopping and dining street. Everything was very clean and service was good from front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant. However, I had to give it an "average" rating because of the noise at night coming from a bar next door and because of the uncomfortable layout of the bathroom/shower area. These were enclosed in frosted glass instead of walls and normal doors. This was not very good for privacy when you are sharing the room with someone else. It was very awkward. Also the door to the toilet/bathroom did not shut entirely so the other party could essentially see what you were doing. The sink outside the bathroom area was also oddly located. Unfortunately, despite the good service, for these reasons, we would select another hotel if we return to Playa del Carmen.

Service dogs are permitted. Please note that check-in begins at 3pm, subject to availability. Check-out is at 12pm. Express check-out is recommended.
