The castle "De Ruwenberg" dates from the 14th century and is situated in a wooded, inspiring and relaxing environment. De Ruwenberg: quality, hospitality, sustainability and inspiration. De Ruwenberg is the largest business hotel in the Den Bosch region. The main building on the estate consists of the original medieval entrance hall with in the centre the Atrium and its four units. The units offer 40 conference and meeting rooms, ranging from 2-450 persons. All rooms have large windows, advanced technology and have a connecting fully equipped lounge with a private terrace.
The Ruwenberg counts 196 hotel rooms with modern, comfortable décor and free internet. Our property features a driving range, a large wellness area with indoor pool and various saunas. The squash and tennis courts, the beach volleyball court, a fully equipped gym and the jogging track complete the sports offer for the necessary relaxation after a day of meeting, training or brainstorming.
In addition to organizing business meetings (with or without overnight stay) De Ruwenberg can also be used for events such as weddings, car rally's, team building activities such as golf clinics, sheep farms, boating on the river De Dommel and seasonal fairs.
De Ruwenberg is very centrally located in Sint-Michielsgestel, near to Den Bosch, in North Brabant. Just 1 hour's drive from Schiphol Airport and Düsseldorf, 1.5 to 2 hours from Antwerp and Brussels, and a 30-minute drive from Eindhoven Airport. From the A2 you are within 5 minutes on our very authentic 14 acre estate.
